We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. Our delivery partners ensure coverage to both urban and rural areas.
- Pan-India Delivery: We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes across India
- Serviceability Check: During checkout, we verify if your PIN code is serviceable
- International Shipping: Currently not available. For international inquiries, please contact us
2. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are designed to be fair and transparent:
- Flat Delivery Charge: ₹80 for all orders (fixed rate regardless of order value — whether ₹1 or ₹1,00,000)
- No Hidden Charges: The delivery cost shown at checkout is final
- Bulk Orders: Special delivery rates may apply for bulk orders (contact us for details)
3. Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order processing and quality check
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days from dispatch
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days from dispatch
- Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances

- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD Available: Yes, across all serviceable locations
- COD Charges: No additional charges for COD orders
- Payment Collection: Pay in cash to the delivery person upon receiving your order
- COD Limit: Available for orders up to ₹10,000
- Verification: Please keep a valid ID ready for verification during delivery

8. Delivery Process
What to expect during delivery:
- Contact Information: Ensure your phone number is correct for delivery updates
- Delivery Attempt: Our courier partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- Failed Delivery: If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us
- Package Inspection: You may inspect the package before accepting delivery
- Signature Required: A signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery
9. Package and Product Safety
We ensure your products reach you in perfect condition:
- Quality Packaging: All products are carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging
- Bubble Wrap: Delicate items are wrapped with extra protective material
- Waterproof Packaging: All packages are water-resistant to protect from rain
- Quality Check: Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch
- Sealed Packages: Do not accept if the package appears tampered or damaged
10. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delays or lost packages:
- Delayed Shipment: Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date
- Investigation: We'll immediately investigate with our courier partners
- Resolution: We'll arrange a re-shipment at no extra cost
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost, we'll re-ship immediately
- Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage
11. Wrong or Incomplete Address
- Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order
- Address Change: Contact us immediately if you need to update the address (before dispatch)
- After Dispatch: Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible
- Wrong Address: Orders sent to wrong address can be reshipped at customer's cost

12. Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered:
- Customer Unavailable: Our partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- RTO (Return to Origin): Undelivered packages are sent back to our warehouse
- Re-delivery: You can request re-delivery by paying shipping charges again
13. Festive Season & Sale Period
- High Volume: Delivery may take 2-3 extra days during festive seasons and sales
- Order Early: We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays
- Customer Support: Our team is available to assist you during peak times
14. Damaged Products During Transit
- Inspection on Delivery: Check your package before accepting delivery
- Report Immediately: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours
- Photo Evidence: Please share photos of the damaged product and packaging

15. Multiple Items in One Order
- Single Shipment: We try to ship all items together whenever possible
- Multiple Shipments: If items are in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately
- No Extra Charge: No additional shipping charges for split shipments
- Separate Tracking: You'll receive tracking details for each shipment
16. Order Cancellation & Shipping
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; contact us for assistance

- Provide accurate shipping address with PIN code and contact number
- Be available to receive the order or authorize someone on your behalf
- Inspect the package upon delivery before accepting
- Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Keep the original packaging for your records
